Current Events

At the beginning of the semester, we were all tasked with researching a topic of our interest that relates to recent discussions about sexuality. We’ve decided to share these with you. The ones included in this section are specifically related to current events. However, we also chose to move some of the other projects into different sections that we thought would do the piece justice. As you may of noticed, and hopefully continue notice, these pieces are hyperlinked and scattered throughout the book. These are just small snippets of the continuing discussions about sexuality that we see within our world today. As you read and engage with these mini-research projects, think about where sexuality is being discussed today — whether in the news, at your school, or in a podcast you listened to. You may find that the topic of sexuality is ever-present…or maybe not.
