As this resource is the capstone of my participation in the SPARC Open Education Leadership Program, I firstly have to give my gratitude to the incredible SPARC team who helped me along this journey: Tanya Spilovoy, Hailey Babb, Nicole Allen, and Lese Fandel. I am also forever grateful to my program mentor Jennifer Beamer for all of her support and guidance in bringing this project to life.
