Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1 scoop protein powder 1 cup milk 3/4 cup prepared coffee
2 bananas 1 cup ice cubes Cinnamon and spices as desired

Recipe Methods / Instructions

This smoothie is perfectly suited for a quick breakfast, but can also be a great mid-day treat! Throw all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
